Fosunny owns the most domestic advanced mobile phone coating workshop, including the coating room of clean degree 103, manual static precipitator production line, cell phone auxiliary material production line, and ultra-sonic and thermal-melting production line. These automatic production lines are monitored entirely by computer. The workshop clean class has reached 10,000, and it is equipped with advanced automatic three- bearing UV control system so that we can meet various requirements of plastic products shell spray painting.

In September 2006, Fosunny was certified by DNV’s ROHS management system, applying to IECQ QC80000, our shell spraying painted products comply with EU ROHS and WEEE’s directives completely, as well as advanced countries’ environment protection requirements, at the same time, the entire automatic production lines are monitored by the computer so as to guarantee the products quality and timely delivery.
